Plano Early LIONS Club (PELC) incoming president, Howard Harkness was sworn in by Past District Governor Frank Pickins at their most recent meeting. President Howard takes over leadership of the 45-member club from outgoing President Cyndie Bunker. The first project during Howard’s term will be the July 4^th Parade in Plano…”Let Freedom Ring”.
